在u化的生活環境裡，人人都可以是一個Publisher。 Following Japan proposed the u-Japan policy in 2004, South Korea, the leader of broadband technology in the world, also established the u-Korea policy in 2006. On March 28, 2007 Taiwan government planned a TWD $55,600,000,000.00 budget for the next five years, to develop the ubiquitous society too. u-Publishing means the vision of the ubiquitous publishing, it is a prospect, in the u society everybody can be a Publisher.
